The best room in the house, outside. The most involved build we do, planned into the patio from day one so the utilities and the stonework are settled before anyone breaks ground.

Before you call.

What does an outdoor kitchen cost?

Kitchens are quoted at the property. Counters, appliances, stone and the utility runs all move the number, so we plan the whole thing first and hand you a written, itemised quote within five calendar days.

Who handles gas and power?

Utility runs are coordinated before the build as part of the plan, so the kitchen is placed where the connections make sense.

Do you handle HOA approval?

Homeowners file their own HOA submittals, and we make that easy: your written quote already contains the dimensions, photos and material specs most architectural review boards ask for.

A 30-minute walkthrough, then a written, itemised quote within five calendar days. The number you approve is the number you pay.
