Your on-site estimate visit
Our project coordinator schedules an on-site estimate visit. We evaluate your property, take measurements and discuss your property's needs and vision.

Your itemised estimate
An itemised estimate is emailed to you within five calendar days, with the scope of work clearly outlined, including project dimensions, materials and how long it takes to complete. Everything you need is attached, including our service terms, work photos and any related maintenance guides on how to care for your new landscaping or hardscape.

Approve and schedule
Once you approve the estimate, our project coordinator reaches out within 24 hours to start scheduling and walk you through the entire process. Depending on the season and scope of work, typical book-out is about 2 to 6 weeks.

A 30-minute walkthrough, then a written, itemised quote within five calendar days. The number you approve is the number you pay.
