What does a fire feature cost?

Fire features are quoted at the property, because a pit and a full stone fireplace are different builds and the stone choice moves the number. You get a written, itemised quote within five calendar days.

Can you convert wood-burning to propane?

Yes. Conversion kits are available and quoted with the rest of the build.

Who marks the utilities before digging?

We do. Your project coordinator files with NC 811 so every buried line is marked before excavation starts.
